Oh wow! My hubby is from B.C. (Powell River) - and my mother in law still currently lives there. When she came down to visit us last month, she and I were talking all about Puppy Mills (she is an animal lover just like I am) - so I will have to call her and ask her if she heard about this, I'm sure she did.
That is just AWFUL but thank God they saved those poor babies and got that terrible place shut down
Shame on the people that were running that disgusting place!
I'm not sure exactly where Langley is, but I will ask my hubby as I think I have heard him mention it before...so he'll be able to tell me
