I found this little guy roaming my mom's neighborhood late last night at after 12 a.m. and I COULD NOT leave him to get hit by a car, so as usual (I've done this many, many times before) I scooped him up and put him in the car and took him home with us 
He does have a collar/tags, and there is a number, but he is sooo hyper when I pick him up LOL...that I am not able to read the number clear yet. Actually, his address is on the tag on his collar, so I think what I am going to do is just go back to my mom's neighborhood (which is literally 30 seconds from my house, it is right across the street) and go up to their door and tell them that have I MARTIN (yes his name is Martin LOL - cute!!) 
I don't know if they work or not though, so they may not be home. Martin may be spending the day with me for all I know, LOL.
Anyway, he is soooo sweet and such a loving little fella! I also took a few videos of him last night - he is such a doll!
Awww, Brooke, he is a cutie snootie!!!! Looks just like Snoot!!! Love that face. And I just wanted to say, on behalf of our furry friends all over the world, thank you for caring enough to take this little guy off the street and out of dangers way and into your home and giving him love until you were able to get him back to his home and his mommy and skin brother!!!! We need more people like you in this world.
