It would be nice to have a choice like that in the US but we don't. It is against the law not to give rabies. I wouldn't give it if I could get away with it. I do not give kennel cough because it is just too many drugs in Ellie's system, she doesn't get boarded anyway and she isn't around other dogs so if she got it it wouldn't spread.
