I don't know how your product was shipped, but it's only been 4 days since you've placed your order, so I'd give it a few more days before you get too worried. If she shipped it UPS ground it can take up to 10 days depending on the location. If it was shipped via USPS and weighed over 13 pounds, then they ship it out parcel post, which can take up to 9 days... it usually takes 4-6 days whenever I ship mind out that way. UPS Ground usually averages a week.
Oh, and I think the owner of the site is on YT. I think she posted yesterday about there being a delay shipping out some of her order. I'll see if i can find the thread for you
