Yes - I have ordered from her before. I believe the order goes UPS ground, so I would expect it to take a week, but with Christmas maybe longer. It is also possible that if you placed the order on 12/15, it didn't ship till 12/17. All the mail services have been bad about updating their electronic files due to the vast amounts being mailed.
I'm sure you will be happy with your items when they arrive, but I'd give it a few more days at least.
