Hi, i use vinegar and water on little accidents, but the best thing to use so the dogs cant smell where they have done there business before is biological washing powder. I know this works because molly has had several accidents, but never in the same place! so i guarantee it works.
The smell of vinegar doesnt linger for too long, but it does absorb the toilet smell as we smell it. White vinegar also makes a great fabric conditioner, as it makes clothes nice and soft and gets rid of odours!
I also use vinegar and water for polishing my furniture, cleaning windows and mirrors, in fact i cant remember the last time i bought any cleaning stuff, i just clean everything with vinegar and water
