It is 26 inches high, easy to lift the girls in and out, and they can't get out of it in fact we got two Prairie Bea has her own.

I have this one too. I really like it. You can make it onto a square by removing two of the panels. I like this because it fits nicely in my kitchen and you really don't need one that's so big with a yorkie pup. And I agree, get it from walmart or walmart.com. It's 1/2 the price compared to petsmart
