That's a very good point! I haven't heard any dogs but, as you say, she can probably hear them - especially at night when it is quiet. Dogs have not bothered her when she has her walk, although I take her at a time when it is quiet and there are not a lot of dogs around. She is aggressive towards other dogs. There is only one dog down the road from us, that she likes and he likes her back. They sniff and wag tails through his gate each day for many weeks now. I have been thinking about asking the owner if his dog could come over to play with Tootsy one day, as she would love another dog to play with. I would obviously have to wait till she is completely over being on heat.
