I've been using my dremmel for about a year now. My hubby still needs to wrap the girls in a blanket and hold them still while I "sand", but I've never caused bleeding and I take them down pretty far when I use mine. I can get all the nails done in about 5 minutes. They still don't like it, but no screaming.
When we were trimming before the dremmel, I swear I would only take the smallest of pieces and I caused bleeding regularly, plus Sissy would scream (and I'm not kidding) like she was being killed. I could only get 2 nails done and we would have to stop till the next day!!!!
I ordered this one, so we'll see how it compares.
