I just talked to me vet tech about this today.....I didn't mention this item (as in the original post), but the pet dremel...she said something about it would be harder with a dremel to watch for the quick...etc.....I don't know.
She may not have known what she was talking about.
I am still going to ask for one of these for my birthday
if I hear back about it....shoot....even if I don't...I want to try it out!
