Quick and Easy Beef Enchilada's #1
1 lb. lean ground beet
1 can (19oz) enchilada sauce
1 1/2c. shredded cheese (6oz)
1 pkg (10.5oz) flour tortilla shells (6 inch)
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 13x9 inch baking dish.
In 10 inch skillet, cook beef over med-high heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
Stir in 3/4 cup of the sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.
Spoon this onto tortilla shell, roll up and place seam side down in dish.
Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle w/ remaining cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot.
