I guess she might be trying to get used to the new house and all the new people. Or avoiding all too at some point. As long as she is comfortable and is eating/eliminating alright, just wait and see. My bichon is hyper and my yorkie is
more subdued. Time will tell. This is all in getting to know each other better.
