It doesn't really bother her that i've noticed. Only once has she walked around with her leg up. And that is b/c she was trying to walk a curb like a balance beam and her back let slipped off...but she didn't do it but a second. The vet said "oh, it's just her knees. They pop in and out of place. Most Yorkies do that" That answer didn't suit me so i will be taking her to a different vet and getting a second opinion.

Does anyone have any advice....
I think you need to get an opinion from an Ortho Specialist. If she is displaying LP at 4.5 months old, then it is most likely a high grade of LP. IMO Grade 3 and 4 should have surgery done. My Roxy had surgery and she is a brand new girl.

LP doesn't fix itself, it only gets worse, and being that she has already started to carry her leg, well, I think you may see more of that

My advice is to see an Ortho Specialist - they will tell you as it is.
