Sorry but I am up front in saying how I feel, the parents are the ones that aren't responsable because no puppy should be neglected and it isn't a ten year olds responsability. It is so sad for me to hear things like this, I sure am praying Misti that you hear back from them real soon (LIKE TODAY) that you will be holding that little puppy in your arms and it will be getting all the TLC it so deserves. Well you are so right, the "daddy" wants nothing to do with it and resents it even being there. The mother is busy and they are trying to instill responsibility in the little girl, and hands off the dog, and from what I understand this is her second or third "warning" or "chance". It's sad to me.
