The lady just called. The situation is that they got a very expensive yorkie for their 10 year old. It is locked up all the time and they are gone and the dog just whines. The parents told the child that if she neglected it again they were going to give her away. Sorry but I am up front in saying how I feel, the parents are the ones that aren't responsable because no puppy should be neglected and it isn't a ten year olds responsability. It is so sad for me to hear things like this, I sure am praying Misti that you hear back from them real soon (LIKE TODAY) that you will be holding that little puppy in your arms and it will be getting all the TLC it so deserves. Please let us know when this happens. I believe it will
