In Korea she was never exposed to a heater, they heat their homes by making the floor warm not throwing HOT airwhich can dry your skin ......... Also, she was never exposed to grass as they dont really have any So, I am so frustatred..........I might have to move back to South Korea Just TINKERBELL AND I!!!
It could be an allergy to something in the environment then and not her food. Have you thought about having a skin allergy test done? Allergies suck...it's hard to get rid of them
