My son's friend (actually ex girlfriend) Amanda was in a really bad car accident a few weeks ago. Her liver was punctured and she had internal bleeding. They thought she was getting better but they moved her to another hospital in Charlottesville Va because our local hospital could not help her. They might have to take her panreas out. She is only 18 years old. She was leaving the firehall that her and my son belong to when an older man was driving on the wrong side of the road and hit her head on. The man and his poodle died on impact. My son was one of the first responders and took Amand's accident hard. He had never responded to an accident with someone he knew that well. We are praying she will be okay. I will attach a picture of her with my son John. Please pray for Amanda and her family.
