I got the dogwood from a thrift store, gigantic box for $20. I've sold off some of it on ebay but kept the main serving dishes, creamer set and cup/saucer sets. they really can be worth a lot of money if they are in good shape. |
Don't you just love it?! My MIL has just about every pattern in every color. We put on a 60th Wedding Anniversary for my dh's great aunt and uncle and used all of the depression glass. OMG! you should have seen it. We used all the different colors for the table setting but in tactful ways. It was just gorgeous. I could kick myself tho for not taking a picture of it!
I've got some of the rare pieces and boy have they appreciated in price! I just love old glass and antiques.
