I do every thing from scratch. I bake 1 sweet pot. For every two people. 400 oven until fork tender. I don't wrap em just throw em on a cookie sheet try not to poke em too much because the sugar leaks out and make a horrible mess. I do line the sheet with foil or parchment for easy cleanup. When the are done. I split them and scrap them out into the dish I will cook them in. I season to taste by sprinkling brown sugar and cinnamon. Start with a tsp of sugar cus they are sweet already. I use real butter. I drop a tbs or two and mash it. Well not much to mash. U can just do it with a fork. I add just a tbs or so of milk. Stir it up. Spread it out. I use the huge marshmallos because they fluff up so pretty. I brown it lightly in the oven. Viola'. Ur done! Ok. That was a lot to type on my phone so u better try it one day!!! Lol
