I use the minksheen shampoo on lulu and don't have to use any conditioners. Once she is fully dry she is totally soft like a fuzzy blanket. She used to have a brillo like coat.

Good luck. Maybe the emu oil isn't good for her. What works on one dog might not be the best on another. If she is scratching like that maybe she is allergic to it.
