We had a patient bring us sugar cookies today and the frosting was the best!!! She said all she used was Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting in the tub. (the kind that is already to spread.) She said she added a "pinch" of vanilla and a "pinch" of water to thin it out. I was impressed!
