We are 8 weeks and going to tell everyone at Christmas too. Love your idea. I have gotten picture frames that I love my Grandma, I love my Grandpa and then a picture frame album with saying about grandchildren. I am putting a poem in each of them that I found with due date. My mom and stepdad will get the grandchildren one. Hubby's dad and stepmother will also get the grandchildren one. My dad, hubby's mom and my grandma and hubby's grandma will get the ones that say I love my ____________. I got my stepdaughter a bib that says I love my big sis. I am also making diaper duty gift bags for my stepdaughter and niece. Oh, I have baby infant caps one pink and one blue that says Harley Davidson on it. My dad rides a Harley. I have a variety of things.
