Lacy's 4 baby canines never fell out on their own. I had them pulled by a vet when she was 7 or 8 months old. Before that, her breath was aweful! Food gets trapped between the teeth and plaque and tarter build up, causing the breath to be bad. If the teeth haven't fallen out by 7 months, it is unlikely they will fall out on their own. You'll need to have them pulled by a vet. A lot of people have it done when their dog is spayed or neutered. That way they are only put under once.
