Default Not Eating Enough?

I just purchased a 3.5 pound female Yorkie who is 11 weeks old and appears in good health, in fact the vet said she had no health issues other than roundworm which she is getting treated for now. She has spurts of super high energy and then periods where she will nap for an hour or two. She has been sleeping through the night believe it or not without getting up and going out to relieve herself. The problem is I'm concerned that she isn't eating enough. The breeder gave us a small bag of Eukanuba dry food, little tiny pellets, that supposedly she had been eating. However, Emma doesn't seem to like the stuff at all and really has no interest in it. I switched over to another kind of puppy chow that she does seem to like, but she still is only eating perhaps 20 kibbles of it per day. I can't really find a snack she likes either, I've tried the pupcorn stuff, and a couple others, plus peanut butter, cheerios--and nothing she really responds to. She doesn't drink much water either. Does anyone know if there is a guideline somewhere as to the amounts of food she should be eating? I'm also curious to know what folks out there are feeding their Yorkies and using as incentive for training. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
