If you don't mind driving into the city, I take my Yorkie puppy to Dewberry's in South Boston. The groomer there is GREAT with my puppy, even though my puppy hates being groomed! $40 for everything.

There is also a related store called "the dog wash" in the Back Bay on W. Newton Street that is owned by the same people and was also recommended to me.
