LOL! Actually those are the pre-made "Rhodes" brand breads. I just put two in the loaf pan instead of one. Last time I didn't let them rise long enuf, now too long... I started late last night, and it was still small by bedtime. So I stuck it in the fridge thinking it will take up rising where it left off in the morning. I was wrong! THEN when I put it in the oven, it rised more. !!
It's yummy though.
