Each year I try to make a resolution regarding my health...one year it was to stop drinking soda so I haven't had one since 2000 and drink only water, etc.
Then last year was to lose weight...as of today I have lost 41 pounds and back to where I used to be in my 30s so that works for me!!!
This year...the hardest one....keeping this weight off and sticking to my new lifestyle of eating.
