I think it's pretty normal. Usually the front incisers fall out and are replaced first...then the canines are supposed to (but like I said before...don't normally fall out on their own)..then the premolars. The last adult teeth to grow in are the molars.
She probably had several very loose teeth and something she did (maybe eating or chewing on something) finally caused them to fall out.
