I had laser surgery for Friday when she was spayed in late April (she was 5 months old and weighed 3.5 pounds then). It cost about 400$. I am on Long Island. If you want to bring London out here, I can recommend my vet to you. Send me a PM.
When you talk about NYC, you know the prices are going to be higher because their rents & salaries are higher. And they factor all that into the fee.
Oh yes, I let Friday stay there overnight because I knew the vet tech who was there at night. I had faith in the vet. I had had Monday spayed there as well. I figured I was not going to be staying up all night and heaven forbid something went wrong, I'd rather have her in the hospital where they can give her immediate care. (but that is just me)
