I still think Petsmart was being really chinzy making that kind of substitution... What you dealt with kind of makes those Petsmart 'Take a Picture with Santa' Commercials a joke doesn't it  ...

what sux is that its not even petsmart that does the pictures. :-/ they pay for the santa suit and cameras but its the adoption agencies that we sponsor that actually put on the pictures... so they just find a volunteer thats willing to do it... which usually ends up being some kid or women. last weekend at my petsmart they had a 10 year old girl that was afraid of dogs as santa... it was pretty pathetic.... this weekend (after alot of complaints from both customers and employees) one of the employees husbands volunteered to do it so the it turned out a little better...
