Wrapping paper and supplies is really cheap at Walgreens. A couple of weeks ago, they had their Color studio 50sq ft rolls for $1.99 b1g1free, so $1 a roll. They also had coupon deals for $.39 tags, tape, curling ribbon, bows, and tissue paper.
