i am so sorry you can to YT under such circumstances. unfortunately there is no cure for kidney failure. you have a very had decision to make. treatment can cost thousands of dollars. As hard as it is, if i knew my puppy was suffering and wasn't going to get any better i'd do what was best for him and let him go over the rainbow bridge. i'm so sorry.
