Well today is the day that I meet the breeder and see the dam/sire...so I will tell you what I did today. Im still not sure about what I'm going to do everyone had great points, but I guess that it is going to be up to how I feel about the breeder. Is she dedicated to her yorkies? Is she shady? How she answers my questions? What her yorkies look like? What her house look like and where she keeps her pets/pups? And just use my common sense! I'm willing to wait for the right pup/breeder. That is my main concern...I don't want to go with the wrong breeder.

I went to a breeder last weekend and OMG!!! The poor pups. First of all they (breeder) were stright up hicks and I'm from florida. As soon as I saw the yorkies I knew I was not interested. Then the more that the breeders talked the more I wanted to leave.
The house was in the country with a lot of land and some farm animals. The dogs were kept outside in the florida heat and they were allowed on the enclosed porch. The woman then told me that she has to keep the pups in the barn (no ac) b/c their is a crane (bird) that keeps trying to eat them. then if that wasnt bad this little girl told my son to get away from the fence b/c it was electric and the breeder told us that they have lost a few yorkie pups from the fence...I guess that they work and when they get home it is too late and the pup is gone...I dont want to keep going b/c it is depressing!
