If you are open to homecooking, do a search for posts by "Wylie's Mom". Her dog, Marcel had major ibd/colitis problems and her nutritionist put him on a white fish, mashed potato, green bean diet. He did excellent with it. I agree on the Science Diet
It is horrible stuff.
