I tell you what, it is as noisy as all get out, lets me know it's doing it's thing and I absolutely love it cause it is WORKING
Jack likes quiet appliances, the Kitchen Aide (his chose at that time) was definately toooooo quiet, was mostly out of function Besides it being replaced for the second time, it just had toooo many bad memories for me, I wouldn't waste time nor money getting it fixed.
Jack commented about how noisy this one is, I told him yeppers it sounds great, love it, love it, love it. First time use out performed the other one from day one the other one was double the cost of this one too. It may be noisy but it don't dance either I think my choice was a good one, also upon loading and unloading the clothes there is enough room to not keep banging my arm on the agitator
