I'll be interested to hear about it too. Max hates having his nails done (I'm sure with good reason), but they do have to be done! And I don't like it when his nails are too long and he leans on me and scratches my legs all the way down, LOL.....Plus, I believe that if you keep their nails shorter, the quick doesn't grow out so far to the end of the nail. At least thats' what I found with my parrots; if I kept their nails short, it wasn't a problem clipping them; if they got too long, the quick grew out further and I risked nicking it, which I hated (and they hated even more I'm sure
).
It would be nice to at least be able to keep his nails trimmed back a little in between grooming appts!
