Louie has developed something very similar we've been trying to figure out what it is, although louies skin issues consists of more than the ears... Louie has what seems to be very very dry skin, but when touching the skin u can feel tiny bumps all over his body including the tail and i believe around his nose area. We've been to the vet numerous time, had a skin scraping done...no parasites were found. He continues to itch occasionally causing hot spots but again there are no fleas or anything. Ive switched shampoos (cranberry fields seemed to make his skin worst actually) and his food, ive used aloe vera, added the missing link, he also uses an oil on his food containing omega 3, and we've taken corn and wheat out of diet. Any ideas?
