hi everyone, well after months of searching we adopted out 4-6 year old Dori from the human society. she is georgeous.

she has a horrible cough, like a seal, or a squeeze box. brought her to the vet, and was diagnosed with kennel cough, this is day two of antibiotics. and cough suppressant. she has only eaten one meal since living here for 48 hours.

so i'm concerned about the hunger strike, any suggestions on what to do about that will be more than welcomed, and how long i should let that go on before calling the vet again.

Dori is very over weight, the vet wants her to loose 3 lbs, so i'm not too worried about her being to frail.

any any any suggestions are more than welcomed. thanks
