I don't have any experience using this for tiny dogs!! BUT my mom came home from the hospital with the patch(es) and in two days she was unresponsive and we had to call the paramedics. Turns out she overdosed on the patch being used as prescribed by the doctor!! She was in bad shape for a couple of days until the medicine was out of her system. An extra word of caution.... when changing the patch never use warm water to clean the area, it speeds any absorption of any that is left in the residue. It's dangerous stuff.
