All food varies how much to give. It's based on weight. Do you know what kind of food they gave you? If you know that you probably can check the company's website for feeding recommendations. Then you also need to consider how many times a day you will feed Sammy.

You will have to be the alpha dog, and show Sammy that her behavior is not ok, especially if the bigger dog doesn't react. Tell her no in a strong & firm voice
