Bathing - maybe every other week, some people would say every week. If she's outside alot & getting into things I would say you could do it every week. I tend to go by how they feel & look - and even sometimes am shocked how dirty they can be betwen 7-14 days
Barking - I wouldn't worry about it. I have one who is vocal & one who isn't
