Default coat

The color of a coat is no indication to how many litters she has had..as posted, it is a hormonal thing. I have spayed girls and seen them darken..not a huge amount of color, but several shades darker then when they were going through seasons and having pups.

My best advise is to ask to speak to the breeders vets for a reference..get a one year health guarantee, make sure the puppy has seen the breeders vet for a well puppy check before taking it home..if the breeder gives shots, be prepared for some vets to redo them...I give my puppies shots, but let the vet do the last one to prevent this problem...you want to see a negative stool check from the vet also...good luck
