I have found over the last few years, that a lot of good breeders don't care if you have kids, as long as the kids have been brought up not to hurt dogs, and the correct way to handle them..My g-kids are 5 and 8 and have been raised around dogs and treat them with respect and lots of love..I have seen adults do more damage to a dog, than a child ever would dream of doing..If I were a breeder, I would not have any problem having one of my babies go to a home with children, as you are right, someone may not have kids now, but may on down the road, and then that puppy would get pushed away(have seen that happen numerous times)..you can pm me, I would love to see her website.. |
