| Thanks to the internet I was able to do some researching on the different models, with that and phoning helped my decision on what I got. Can't really complain about the price, close out on the 07 models. Just hope it lasts for awhile
The Kitchen Aide doesn't have the belt, the repair was most likely going to be quite a bit plus the Service call alone was $85.00
I didn't mention earlier all that went wrong with the first washer, but then when the water flow shut off failed on the machine, (unknowingly) I went to take the clothes out and slipped on water, fell and fractured my wrist. Thankfully my wrist healed with no problem. That was how the manufacturer decided to do an exchange for the second machine. I had preferred a different model and make but they would only exchange for the same like model
Soooooooooo in closing I hope I can say, "more trouble free laundry days ahead," hopefully for quite awhile. I agree with the person on the extended warranties, we never have in the past but from now on I am going to get them, cause out of warranty one service call charge to us will pay for the extended warranty |
