The cotton ball is a goog idea but also rub the sides of the belly with the warm cotton ball in a circular motion for about 20 seconds. Momma's lick them all over down there to get them to go, and not just on the anal area. The lubricant is a great ides and you can do this with a thermometer just like taking a temperature. Use a round ended anal thermometer and put a very small amount of K-Y Jelly on the thermometer and that's all that is necessary. Just insert the tip of the thermometer and remove.
