Snickers was 11 months when we got Baxter. I thought it would be easier to potty train one at a time and it worked out well. I was able to give full attention to each one and also Baxter learned from Snickers.
Also Snickers loved having the company. His separation anxiety disappeared. As others have said, you'll know when the time is right for you.
