I mix canned and dry and have done so since day one. I really like the Timberwolf Organic Wild and Natural dry. The kibble are very tiny and very digestible. When Gracie was a baby, I mixed some dry Merrick puppy plate with the wet puppy plate. That worked out great until Merrick started having some quality issues. By then Gracie was old enough to switch to an all stages food. She dearly loves Evangers canned. I have learned that puppies will eat what they want, when they want. Sometimes they can eat like little pigs and other times they can go on a food strike that lasts for days. Just keep some Nutrical on hand just in case.
