I have 2 4 week old puppies...one is crying and seems to be straining. They have been peeing on their own for awhile but it seems like he is trying to poop & can't get it out. The other one just lays around all the time. I read somewhere that they sleep 90% of the day & eat 10%, is he normal? Is there anything I can do for the one that seems constipated?? He sounds miserable. Please help.
