I think those thinnger strips (loops) are for each leg....I have seen some sweaters that do not have leg holes, but have strips that go around each leg (if that makes sense)...kind of like suspenders for the back legs.
course if it were me, I would more than likely cut them out and just have the sweater go thru the front legs and not worry about the back legs. |
Thats what I'm probably going to do. It is a little long for Riley anyway. I don't understand why they make sweaters like that. If the dog has to go potty then it gets all over the sweater. Lol. Thanks for the help.
