I'm sorry you are upset with the groomer. The first groomer cut Rosie's hair was a place I will never take her. She never put bows in their hair, but that's what you get when you pay only $20. Her new groomer not only puts bows in Rosie's hair, but she also gives us several extras. Last time I think she gave us 4 extras
She's real good with cutting and with the dogs. I guess it helps since she owned a yorkie before
